10 weeks to go!  Such a bittersweet time.  I am looking forward to meeting our sweet boy, but I also hate to rush the end of the pregnancy, especially since this is my last.  We went to the dr yesterday and baby boy is weighing 3 lbs 4 oz.  I don't remember how long he was, but he was in the 40th percentile.  Everything looks perfect.  According to the "What to Expect" app baby boy is starting to develop wrinkles on his brain to allow for more cells.  Baby is also producing red blood cells through his bone marrow instead of other tissues which is another step toward viability outside the womb.  Yesterday baby boy was folded over like an old flip phone.  His feet stayed at his face pretty much the entire time, but he was head down.  Apparently his rump is on my right side, where Drew was on my left.  I thought for sure that my glucose and A1c had gone up, but when they took my A1c yesterday it remained unchanged and low....despite Holy Weeks best effort.  haha!  My blood

This week makes 29 weeks.  Baby is about the size as a head of cauliflower, about 2.5 pounds and around 15 inches long.  He is growing and developing more and more each day.  He is working on building up fat and his head is getting bigger to make room for his growing brain.  I am writing this post a day late (the picture will be accurate though).  This week, Holy Week, has been a doozy.  In the last week we have had more work done to our house, rearranged the house (as in, kids are now back in their original rooms upstairs, our bedroom is downstairs, the kids play room is now upstairs....), we have had church every single day since Sunday (and being the pastor's family this has required SOOOOOO much extra from us), a birth in the family, a death in the family, a trip to the pediatrician, and I feel like a bazillion trips to the grocery store.  Haha!  Tomorrow is Good Friday, we have a noon service, an evening service,  and a funeral visitation, and I have "muffins with mom&q

Yesterday marked 28 weeks.  Baby boy is about the size as a head of lettuce, measuring about 15 inches and weight around 2.25 pounds.  This week baby is developing REM sleep and may even start to dream.  Baby should also start to move into position for birth.  Even though it is still several weeks away, space is becoming a bit more limited in there and he should start to settle down.  I don't think today is that day, but soon...haha!  I missed updating last week.  The church was performing some repairs on the parsonage and we had spent the entire week (Wednesday to Wednesday) clearing out the upstairs.   Everything had to be moved and since I am pregnant and nesting I also organized and cleaned out everything I touched.  Needless to say, we were exhausted by the time we finished.  After that we took the kids to the zoo, to the science center and spent a day at the farm.  That didn't much help our exhaustion, but the kids seemed to have fun.  In the last week I have noticed
