24 Weeks.

First off, let me welcome those of you who are reading this blog for the first time.  (I'm assuming you are from London, but ya never know).  This began as a journal for me as I began life as a parent, but since others liked reading it too, I tend to share it with the world.  I have been documenting my pregnancies week by week, and well, after delivery I try to update monthly, or as I can.   I am expecting baby #2 - a BOY and am due the first part of October.  I am diabetic which puts me in the high risk category and adds all kinds of fun challenges.  In general my pregnancies have been smooth sailing, no morning sickness or weird swelling.  I also lose weight while being pregnant.  I am currently down 22 pounds in this pregnancy.  (Woohoo!)  Since I am a bigger girl it is totally okay.  lol  We will be making the move to London before my next blog post....which is totally sending me into panic mode.  I'm not sure what I am more stressed about - packing, the actual move,

This post covers the last two weeks, partially because I struggle some weeks to catch up and mostly because I knew that I wanted to take our annual "Bishop" picture and that would happen between weeks.  The past two weeks have been the beginning of the end here in Elizabethtown.  We celebrated with Memorial Angels Childcare at one of their staff meetings, remembered the loss of a sweet boy with a dear friend, celebrated a birthday, and today a baptism.  We have made such good friends here and that will be very hard to leave as I have learned so much from the people here.  God has truly blessed us here. The week before last included the real start of our packing.  (don't judge, we are master procrastinators!)  We also had to consider packing for annual conference and planning ahead for Elliott's upcoming transition into the new house.  Sunday afternoon we drove up to Covington, KY for Annual Conference 2014.  Elliott did better in the hotel room, but sleep was still

21 weeks...I am over the halfway point.  This pregnancy is flying by.  With Elliott it seemed to take forever to get to the next "phase" but with this one it seems that I reach the next milestone before I even realize it. In 18 weeks (ish) we will get to meet my sweet boy.  Shew. This past week was spent in a fair routine.  Elliott is growing and adding new words and sentences (!!) every day.  She is really coming into her own personality.  She is also eating us out of house and home....I'm thinking growth spurt.  (It is about time!) Yesterday we had a carnival event at church and Elliott melted down the ENTIRE time. When we got there we walked by the dunking booth and Mark was dunked and I guess it scared her, but she never recovered.  She had a low grade fever too so I was worried about her having an ear infection, but today she seems fine.  Kids. Baby W is becoming active....very active.  He is moving and grooving in there like crazy.  Matthew can feel him moving a
